太有趣惹
适合时不时拿出来翻翻
在别人的故事里看到自己。很多人一定最喜欢love‘s executioner这一章，实在太精彩，但我的最爱还是fat lady，藏匿在嬉笑里的脆弱，被作者诚实到令人生畏的笔触赤裸裸地揭露出来。毫无疑问，作者对于女性“不够政治正确”的解读可以说是处处显现，我一开始解读为傲慢，细细想来，也许没有这坦诚的丑陋，这本书也不至于这般动人。

很适合book club的一本书
Honest, well-structured, equipped with witty titles and well-timed pedagogical messages about psychotherapy.
相比于各种案例，更让我觉得不易的是Irvin对于自身诚实地展现，对肥女的厌恶，展示不很成功的案例等。真的看到了一个成熟的心理医生的担当。
