前三部分全面细致的介绍了McKinsey做事的步骤和方法，很有启发。后两部分浏览了一遍，对我来说没用。
嗯，在公司的最后两天无所事事地看完了。very smart and pratical.
brief talk about several tools of McKinsey. They are basic, however useful, ones. // to some extent, it is a good book.
实用的东西欠缺点，更加细致点的例子不够多，整本书就太general了
陪伴我一个项目。现在项目结束我也move on了。
这本书把麦肯锡的工作方式介绍了一下，也提供了很多好的工具，比如MECE，意思是相互独立，完全穷尽。Fact-based。Hypothesis-driven。issue tree。如何面试，离开麦肯锡之后的生活等，应该是咨询人很实用的一本参考书。
