Erin L. Kelly is a distinguished professor at MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Work and Organization Studies. She is affiliated with the MIT Institute for Work and Employment Research and the Good Companies, Good Jobs Initiative. On Twitter, she is known as @_elkelly. Alongside her, Phyllis Moen, a McKnight Presidential Chair and sociology professor at the University of Minnesota, directs the Life Course Center. Moen's recent book, "Encore Adulthood," explores the experiences of boomers on the edge of risk, renewal, and purpose. Their research on work overload has garnered attention in the New York Times Magazine.
