很好看的书，感觉比这些年的《成为三文鱼》好多了。“the organic machine”指的是The Columbia(river)，在where the mechanical and the organic meet/ where human and nonhuman meet找到理论的出发点，用energy来贯穿也很有意思，喜欢“know nature through labor”这个说法。（ps 已经非常非常像the body multiple里的本体论立场
life-changing? well... should not push that far... but ultimately changed my perspective on human labor and nature
