很短的一本书，audible之前一块钱买的。讲的是工作不仅仅是为了钱，更是为了一种identity。we are what we do.在anticipate未来工作时人们更容易想着钱作为payoff，但一旦工作起来，虽然有时候人们意识不到，但其实潜意识里都更会希望得到recognition和对工作的认同感。
比较浅显。intrinsic motivation seems more important once you are involved.
