时时勤拂拭,莫使惹尘埃,扫地扫心地,日常打扫清洁在修行中的份量很重,而这一点我觉得日本寺院做得很好,落实到很具体的日常。从擦地、扫厕所、整理衣物、修缮,深入到与物品的关系、与人和动物的相处、对待自然的态度,而不是一阵谈空说妙,然后日常另外一套做法。书中有几个地方看得蛮感人的:比如当你对物品持有保持谨慎,时时对话,就能听到物品的声音;当你修缮自己的物品,而不是随便丢弃,渐渐的就会改变自己与物品的关系,也会改变你与周围人的关系。地上被落叶覆盖,去打扫,然后又会被新的落叶覆盖,接着打扫,这不就是禅修么,回到当下的训练。
